I was so scared to drive my car to get looked out, because I felt like I would break down. Steve was so nice and looked at the car, gave me an honest estimate, and had the work complete within a few hours. Steve even brought me home so I didn’t have to wait at the shop. I brought in a '06 Ford F150 4X4 that was misfiring. Thought it may have been a bad coil, and wanted to replace plugs while Steve and his team were fixing the coil, did a full transmission service as well as a full service on the rear differential. Steve quickly identified the bad coil and attempted to remove plugs. This F150 had the Triton 5.4 liter gas 3 valve engine and it is notoriously difficult to replace plugs that have been in the engine for 70K miles. Even though the plugs did not want to come out initially, Steve placed some PB Blaster on the plugs and let them set overnight, did the trick and he removed the plugs with a wrench the next day. Everything else was in great shape and Steve reviewed the diagnostic results with me. Steve's prices are fair and he is customer service oriented. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. If you have some engine work that needs to be done right and at a fair price, give Steve and his team a try, they have a great warranty too.

Excellent service and price! We could not be happier with our experience from start to finish. We have a 2013 Ford Expedition that had a check engine light that kept coming on! Another shop “diagnosed” it and did a couple things they said needed to be fixed, to no avail! Light kept coming on! Finally they said they didn’t know what it was. So we decided to give this new shop a shot. Steve figured out the issue and had it fixed in no time. The communication with Shellie, in the office, was so refreshing. We always knew what was going on and it was obvious “all the cards were on the table” the whole time. I did not feel like they were trying to sell me things we did not need, the way I have felt with so many mechanics in the past! They were honest and the price they quoted was the price we paid. We have recommended this shop to our Friends and Family and will be back for any future car needs!
