That’s how you feel when you go to Hickory Flat Automotive. Yes, they are competent in their field.. but so are many others. I feel lucky to have found a business that not only will I know that my vehicle will be well taken care of, but it feels like my business really matters to them! In addition to great and competent service, their ship is top notch state of the art. I’m nose and I peaked my head into their rather large, multi-bin garage and I was nothing short of highly impressed!!! I moved from Fulton County where I’ve been going to the same automotive repair shop for 14 years. I planned on traveling back there for service because of my implicit trust in them…but THANKFULLY I was sent information about this true gem of a business that is literally 2 miles from my home and I’m SO GLAD I gave them a try. Change is hard for me. When I find a business I like, trust and feel like they really care, I am loyal as they come…so making a switch isn’t easy! Give them a try…you may be very pleasantly surprised that there are still businesses that exist today that have true old fashioned customer service!! I HIGHLY recommend them!
