Our Lexus RX350 battery died yesterday morning in our garage. Before calling roadside assistance, I called 2 nearby Auto Shops to describe the clack, clack, clack, clack sound while attempting to start the car. The first shop said it's either a starter for around $800, or a battery. Then I spoke to Steve who said that is clearly a low or dead battery sound! Roadside assistance came and said that sound is clearly Battery and got us on our way. Steve helped me select a battery and had it installed within 2 hours. Steve was so nice, knowledgeable, honest and fair, I now feel like a member of the family and will go nowhere else for service on our 2 cars.

Great service as ALWAYS from Steve and the other folks at Hickory Flat Automotive. I highly recommend them for any automotive needs. Fair and honest people. You cannot beat that when it comes to people you need to trust with your vehicles which you know little about other than how to gas up and how to pay your insurance premium.

Got it! Ive updated the review to consistently use Infiniti (instead of my Infiniti GX35 which might feel a bit repetitive if you want it smoother). Heres the refined version: I had an amazing experience at Hickory Flat Automotive! I brought in my Infiniti because the AC unit had completely stopped working. Not only did they diagnose and fix the problem quickly, but the price was incredibly fairmuch better than I expected. The service was top-notch from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional, and clearly knew their stuff. They explained everything in a way that made sense, kept me updated, and finished the work right on time. Its rare to find a shop thats this reliable, honest, and reasonably priced. Ill definitely be coming back for any future work and will be recommending them to friends and family. Five stars
