Here at Hickory Flat Automotive Solutions we are trying to do our part to help our community thru this trying situation. We are open our normal hours 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday thru Friday. We offer free pickup and delivery within a 10 mile radius. We also do a no contact drop off and pick up. When you make the appointment just let us know you want no contact. Call us when you arrive and leave the keys in the vehicle, we will get the keys when you leave. Once the vehicle is ready we will sanitize the interior, payment can be made over the phone and when you pick up we will leave a copy of the bill and keys in the vehicle for you to pick up. If you want pick up and delivery, we will set a pick up time and you just leave the keys in the vehicle and we will pick it up. Same process for sanitizing the interior and payment. We will schedule a delivery time and call you when we arrive. Keys and paperwork will be left in the vehicle. If you choose to come in we are constantly maintaining a clean, sanitized lobby. We wipe down everytime a deliver driver, sales rep or customer comes in and out of our facility.
