Once I explained the issue, they explained their troubleshooting process very clear and concise. The communication was great, and they were very patient in listening to me. Even with the updates over the phone they made sure that I was getting the best deal and service for the money I was paying. I will be using them from now on! Great team they have there working, and you can tell they care more about making the customer happy rather than making money off of the customer.
